Building, Maintaining, and Managing your Online Reputation
Research tells us that consumers trust reviews 12 times more than information from a business online. Losing a star in online reviews could mean losing 9% or more of your potential business. While you can't control what gets posted about you online, you can impact your online reputation by covering the basics, responding (yes, even to negative reviews), and building a network of advocates online. This presentation will cover the impact of your online reputation, how to uncover what's said about you online, how to respond, and how to encourage your happy customers and employees to be as vocal as the unhappy ones!
